How to create an Invoice using the Notion Invoice Database

The template has 3 databases, you can manage all 3 database from within the Invoices database.

Each database has some sample entries for illustration, which you can use to create and send a test PDF invoice.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Create a new invoice in Notion

  1. In the “NI - Invoice” database click on the arrow on the “New” button and select “Invoice Template”
