With Pop Invoice Pro you can create more than one invoice template. Ideal if you have customers that pay in different currencies or want a different template layout for different customer types or if you want to send invoices from different businesses.

By default, Pop Invoice comes with one standard template that you can customise to determine the look and layout of your PDF invoices.

Step 1: Create a New Template

Go to the templates section of Pop Invoice and click on + New invoice template

Step 2: Select the template type

You have 2 choices, select either:

  1. Use a pre-made template - this is set up to work with the starter template that comes with Pop Invoice. Even if you are using your own database you may wish to use this as a starting point and edit it to point to different properties.
  2. Start with a blank template - A blank template with no pre-filled information

Step 3: Edit and name the template

Follow the instructions for Editing the Invoice Template and give the template a new name.

Remember to save the template before exiting! Your new template will then be displayed in the template list.

Step 4: Using the template

To use the template click on the + New invoice button (top of the left navigation panel) and select the template you want to use.
